Kahikos are so delicious.Yeah this is me making a hibiscus infusion (i took the probitas, steeped ginger slices and cloves in it for a day, now it's 2 days of steeping with dried hibiscus flowers). After this I'll make a hibiscus liqueur (by adding a honey/simple sugar mix to it). Then the kahiko punch is that, a passion fruit/honey syrup, a cinnamon syrup and unaged pot still rum. I'm using the smuggler's cove recipe. I've heard really great things about it, and the process of being able to make it is kind of fun. Gonna be serving it up at a halloween party on Saturday.
