Made some modfiied missionarys downfalls last night. Very good. It needs as much mint as it gets but when you beat up or muddle mint your cocktail immediately has the same sort of profile as any other cocktail with beat up mint.

Tonight i had some tiki inspired tikis.

I’m looking forward to diving into this six pack. I haven’t had a couple of the beers in there.

Asking for a friend…

When visiting a brewery, is it better to wear a shirt or hat from the brewery you’re visiting (supporting the home team) or from another brewery (showing that you’re a hardcore beer snob)?

I am on day four of no AC in my house. I dont care about life anymore.

But this is delicious. I am getting like a good mango lassi with a bit of currant.

Really this is one of those beers that is made for when you don't want a beer but you are drinking beer. There is so much beer like this that, tbh, I'm saying it is a fine line between white claw and fruit beer.

After much testing, I have concluded that a 3:1 gin:vermouth ratio is ideal for a martini. If you prefer something different, you are entitled to that preference. You're just wrong.
