I saw some recipes online that used it in dessert recipes. Might give that a go, better than pouring it down the sink I guess.

What is it, not that Qream stuff? Dunno, but if it is artificially flavored, I don't see the point in keeping it.

It's from a distiller in West Virginia. I think it's all natural, just really sweet.

Hm. Then why not run with it and use it in a Silver Fizz, or sub it for the cream in a Ramos? Maybe even pile on the peach and swap the gin for a peach eau de vie.

Glenlivet 15Y -- not blowing my mind but very solid. Getting a bottle of Ardbeg in a week or so.

Bobby Burns and writing an honest to god personal letter to someone. Making it reminded me that I need to pick up another bottle of mixable scotch (I typically use Teachers, but Black Bottle for this one since I wasn't sure if there would be enough of the Teachers left).

Always a nice drink, just make it with more Benedictine than the recipe recommends. Because Benedictine is tasty. And a scotch with some smoke to it.

Missing the hell out of Tokyo right now.

Tasted all the Ted Breaux absinthes one night. Awesome time. If I have posted these picks before, I apologize.

My aunt got me this peaches and cream liqueur for Christmas. It's just cloyingly sweet, overpowering. I can't figure out anything useful to do with it. Any suggestions?

Sub it for Kaluha? Use it instead in a Bellini? Use it in smoothies?

I'm almost through a bottle of Corryvreckan. How do you guys like Corry vs Uigeadail vs Ardbeg 10?

Have not tried the Corry yet, I have just had Supernova, the Oogie, and the 10. I prefer Oogie, supernova, and then 10. The Ardbeg 10 is a great daily dram, but I don't find it overly complex comparatively speaking.
