I had a 1994 Elderton Shiraz last night. I would encourage those with a stock of this vintage to try some. It was delicious. Plenty of fruit on it still, with the age showing. Time to drink up. Cheers!

And for those who like rum, the Mount Gay Extra Old is very nice. Deep and sophisticated. Good for sipping. Had some of that, too.

Staying in the local region today I'm drinking something that Austrian vineyards do best: Grüner Veltliner, Loibenberg Smaragd from the Wachau; if you happen to travel over here then get this! (edit: it's a white wine)

I'm having a glass of Graham Beck The Game Reserve 2008.

Really enjoy it, especially for the price.

Sipping at margarita on the rocks.
One of my cats is licking the countertop where I made it, so I imagine he'll be drunk shortly as well.

edit: ******* cat is already running around acting like a fool.

edit 2: cat is passed out, and rube is ewwasted.

Had a couple bottles of wine for dinner, but now sipping Absolut Peach vodka with tonic. Very tasty.
