There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Great stuff. I had some back in Aug when I tried about 5-6 whites.

I went to one of my favorite restaurants in Saratoga this summer, after a long day at the races, and had three tumblers of Bulleit. I felt great. What a wonderful bourbon.

I like the ice to cool it down just a touch. I find that I need 3 ice cubes from my ice machine to make it work correctly. Not 1 or 2 it must be 3. Trust me I have tried every different combination, numerous times to perfect this.

    I'm intrigued. Style, description, comparisons?

It's a heavier winter brew, I'm not an expert on the terminology but it's like their Pale Ale, with the bitter hops subdued a little, more sweet malty flavor, and the ABV also kicked up to 6.7-7.0 percent. Kind of a Pale Ale crossed with a Bock or doppelbock. I'm a fan of both Sierra PA as well as higher ABV brews so this is oh so perfect for me, especially in the winter months.

    Here's a review I agree with:

Taste: Dreamy. So smooth. So rich. So fortified with malt goodness. So hoppy. At first there's a creamy feel on the palate, that then opens up to toasty, sweet malt flavours. A bold herbal hop runs rampid on the palate with a semi-prickly, puckering, lemon-rind quality. After a few more mouthfulls the brew begins to warm the body, and you can really feel the alcohol kick in. Finishes a bit dry with grain/husk flavours, and some breadiness as it warms.

Notes: At 6.8% this is one hell of a Winter seasonal! Warms the body and soul. A brew for hop heads too. One of the best Winter Seasonals that I have ever had, and one of the best Strong Ales. Drink with caution as this brew will kick your ass.

I'm fucking Irish, Cherokee, and.......fuck, something else....Germnan, tha'ts it. I really am afraid of this, but I'm immune to hangovers. I have drank straight Everclear all night from a coffee mug an dowke up in th emorning with a big mac on my chest, half eaten.....but felt completley fine. Maybe it's cause I drink so much water each day.

Most of a hangover is dehydration, right? Then it at l;east makes sense....brb, rollin a cig.

I'm in the library finishing up this beast of a paper and preparing to study for an art history exam. So, naturally, I brought a flask of Cragganmore 12. There is no greater study aid. [IMG]
