Wine Spectator sure does love Kosta Brown. Hope it lived up to its reputation!

It was a great bottle. Tonight, I pulled a gem out of the cellar. I also got to play a bit with my new camera. Mini-tripod, ambient lighting, aperture priority mode, ISO set to 100 [IMG]

Heading out for drinks with friends soon. Can't decide to bring the camera or not :p

Bottle of 2006 Chateau Saint-Sulpice. Super dry, just the way I like it!

After a day at the beach...drinking some Japanese plum liqueur (Umeshu) with a splash of soda and a squeeze of sudachi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sudachi) on the rocks.
We have Umeshu sorbet on the menu. I could eat it all day. [IMG]

Okay, picked a Syrah to pair with my oxtails and cabbage. 2005 Novy Family, Gary's Vineyard. [IMG] Now, Rob Roy with Big Mac 18 y/o sherry cask aged. Damn, this is tasty.

I had a ton of cheap-ass wine at somebody else's party. Served extra cold to hide the crappyness.

Martini. Asked bartender to use green chartreuse instead of vermouth.
