Piña Piña at Fourth Street Fillin Station in Cocoa Beach (Coconut Cartel Rum, pineapple juice, coconut purée). I highly recommend this place if you ever come through town. The food is Shimp n Grits.

Where in cocoa beach are you staying? My grandparents lived there went often as a child.

At a rental house near the Sanbar Grill. It’s nice to have an easy walk to the beach. We’re heading home tomorrow.

have been working some Black Walnut bitters in my old fashioneds- really good! Friend of mine also recommended maple syrup as a sub for sugar if going for smokey/sweet style.
I do maple syrup frequently and then go heavier on the orange bitters. My wife loves a smokey OF, which I make with a smoking gun, and those will always be maple instead of simple.

Perhaps this is the exact question you do not ask in this thread, but is anyone here doing Dry January? I may aim for Slightly Damp January.
We are, which is a bit of a challenge since I make cocktails every weekend for a thing that we do and now have to learn some mocktails to keep the the streak going. I've gone through quite a few of the non-alcoholic spirits and very few of them are any good.
