My own creation again. These are so good. I need to come up with a name… maybe “Time for Thyme”
2 oz Bols Genever
0.5 oz Bigallet Thym (so so good)
0.25 oz green chartreuse
0.75 oz lime
shake and strain. Sage leaf for garnish. Make sure you slap the sage between your hands (such a good tip I heard) to release the oils, flavors snd smells.
