Good on you. :) The kingston soundsystem is really interesting, for some reason it really amplifies the bitter of the suze. Whereas the stone knife you get a lot more of the sweet.

Suze is just a crazy beverage. Like I get aftertastes of it for like an hour after drinking.

My own creation again. These are so good. I need to come up with a name… maybe “Time for Thyme” :p

2 oz Bols Genever
0.5 oz Bigallet Thym (so so good)
0.25 oz green chartreuse
0.75 oz lime

shake and strain. Sage leaf for garnish. Make sure you slap the sage between your hands (such a good tip I heard) to release the oils, flavors snd smells.

On another note, Genevers are super cool. I dig the Bols and then I snagged a bottle of Old Duff Single Malt (which is such an interesting and unique flavor). Not quite sure how I would mix the latter in a cocktail, but it's great just solo on the rocks.

Bottle of Siduri for dinner.

Empress Gin martinis for sundowners.

Now I'm on my own and a nice double manhattan with homemade bitters, Antica Formula, and Clyde May's bourbon.

Man… I’m so damn thirsty now, after viewing all that. Heading out for lunch with the wife and gonna’ have a mug or two at CBC, before epic nap and cocktail hour!

I just bought the supplies I need to make five gallons of hard cider. Now I need to raid the apple and crabapple trees in my neighbors’ yards (I have permission).
