Larger than intended, as I was polishing off the Cocci. Also, @Fueco BP fundamentally changed the GF Sculpin after buyout years ago. It’s still ok, but not anywhere near what it used to be. Give the Hess GF Solis a try, though the Uinta GF Hop Nosh is the best since old Sculpin. I’m sure Colorado has something better too. The Hess Tangerine Affair, made for the Del Mar Fair, is another crushable one, though I’m usually not one for fruit in my IPA.

Not sure if it’s the Cocci, or subbing a very good rum for the bourbon (or rye), which I’ve done before (not with this particular rum), but this is hitting below average for me. Would’ve preferred the rum solo, or any number of bourbons or ryes on hand...

I bought a set of the double walled glass similar to those, a bit wide but really like them.

Really enjoy them too. They’re my go to for anything with rocks. Have four tall ones for long drinks as well.

I just bought a bottle of St. Elder elderflower liqueur to replace my almost-empty bottle of St. Germain. The taste between the two is very similar. The major difference is in the mouth feel. St. Elder is light and crisp while St. Germain is heavy and syrupy. Think the difference between Combier and Cointreau (with a significantly lesser difference in taste). At around $15 less at my local liquor store, I think I might stick with the St. Elder going forward.

Got some local amaro. Really like this stuff! They also do a Campari alternative that I’m looking forward to trying soon
