    I haven't drunk alcoholic beverages in years. I'll stick with the non-alcoholic eggnog, thank you.

    I've been drinking champagne lately with just about everything. Our new favorite under $20 is a domestic brute sparkling wine from New Mexico called Gruet. Next is Schramsberg Brut at about $35 or VC at $38-$40 on sale around here.

    I think you will not regret that bottle. Hard to beat laphroaig and I am constantly seeking out older sherried goodness.
