I love that whisky. It’s very well made. It is beautiful without peat and I probably like it far more than i should for that reason.

Mezcal flight- served with dried grasshopper, cricket salt, and oranges with cinnamon powder

I love dried crickets with mezcal. There was a Mexican place I would go to that served all mezcal with them.
