Any suggestions for recipes for big-batch cocktails? I'm thinking something gin and something bourbon/whiskey based. I'm poking around online but haven't seen anything that jumps out at me.

I would buy in a load of Prosecco, or Cava and have that. My son was at a party on Friday where a "bulk" cocktail was provided, and not many people liked it, so they went for the Cava that was on offer instead. Or, perhaps have some gin and/or vodka and vermouth, along with some chilled mixers and sliced lemon, lime, orange etc and let the guests do it themselves.

^ Yeah I might do that. Not expecting a large group (maybe 12) so maybe have 2 cocktails in mind but simply provide the recipe and ingredients and let the guests do it.

Celebrating the storm with a Stormy Daniels, i.e., Jack and ginger beer.
