What are the inconveniences of getting dressed like Neal Caffrey in this photo?

I have a date next week. I would be glad to know if other members tried this dress on a date and if they felt any inconvenience.

I can't think of any date scenario where it wouldn't look like you are trying way too hard.

How could this cause "inconvenience."??? That does not make sense

As to wearing this for a date, even more nonsense. Far too formal.

Come on guys, I can think of several dating scenarios where this getup would be appropriate.

    Such as--

You're in Milan, at a high-price art auction, which you're attending because you've learned that the man you're after--known as 'Von Sperling'--is an avid collector, and you want to get a closer look. During the auction, you can't help but notice that his paramour, in a stunning sinamay hat, glances over her shoulder in your direction.

Later, while sitting a hotel bar in London, the very same lady from Milan walks up next to you and orders a vodka-based drink. She turns to you, with her bakelite cigarette holder in hand, and says something both witty and provocative at the same time, prompting you to light her cigarette while responding to her overture with a retort that demonstrates at once sublime intellect and nonchalance.

After a few more exchanges, you finish your drink, stand and excuse yourself.

    "Another time, perhaps?", she says.

"Meet me in the lobby at eight.", you say.

    That is not a 'date'.

Also any self respecting woman would see a belt peeking out from beneath a waistcoat and immediately conclude that the wearer is a clueless idiot and keep it moving.

Occasionally wear a 3 piece to work and have had post work dates and so yes could wear a less fashion victim version of it.

As others, what "inconvenience" can you possibly be thinking off? I guess if it goes very well she has one more item to take off you but I'm sure you'll cope plus the closure mechanism on some womenswear will take much longer to figure out than waistcoat buttons take to undo. Hmmm.... if you are mud run or assault course it may not to be too convenient.... outside of that you'll be ok
