Ernest has forgotten Iran - the Ayatollah Khomeini lived in France before the revolution, and Zimbabwe - Chirac invited Mugabe to France (and shook his hand) despite and EU ban. No doubt Iraq will be back on the list just as soon as they're in the market for weapons again.

Read the list in a previous post: these are people who are not very likely to be your friend. Americans from more civilized states can be fine people though.
