i went to work for a very exclusive clothing manufacturer (think kiton, cucinelli, isaia, malo, barba, stefano ricci) only to find out that they are not what they preach. They absolutely treat their employees like literal trash. I have a lot of friends at good positions in richemont, kering etc and i hear a lot of horror stories from them. Infact i have met the rudest people in fashion and have truly met people who are really arrogant and who feel like they are superior. I know for a fact that the brands like cucinelli who portray the "humanistic company" are a farce doing all this for marketing. I have vowed never to buy anything from these brands again and am looking for alternatives? What are the best tailors or brands who can cater to me? For example, there is a perfume brand profumum roma which doesnt sell online and says it will never tie up with online retailers etc. I am looking for good tailors, small brands with exceptional quality clothing
