Hey guys, what are some dress shirt brands that have collars that stay up and can be worn without a tie?

I think this collar is too high up and pronounced, but what brands have collars like this? Or should I just use a magnetic collar stay or a product such as perfect collar/million dollar collar?

I usually wear Mizzen & Main, Banana Republic, and looking to buy some Brooks Brothers possibly

Those magnetic doohikies are one option.
Keep in mind the shirt in question is designed to be worn with a tie. Hence, it’s constructed that way.

Oxford cloth shirts with a button down collar are ideal. The cloth is thicker and stiffer and the button down will help the collar keep its shape when worn open.

Some shirt makers also make a one piece collar which helps to keep the collar up. Kamakura comes to mind but I’m sure their are others.

Yes I understand those spread collars are meant to be worn with a tie, but what if I want to wear them without a tie

I rather have 1 shirt than an OCBD just for this purpose. Also I am not a huge fan of the button on the OCBD's.

I will check that brand out, thanks

There are button down shirts that have the button hidden.

I don't know what your price range is, I have one shirt with hidden buttons and it's an Eton I bought for like... $25? For that price it's OK.
25-75 range

Seems like a steal for Eton, too expensive for retail

Proper Cloth can do hidden button down collars on any shirt they have listed.
