I searched a bit, but couldn't really find anything like this.

I figure a lot of people on this forum travel often for work or pleasure. What better way to grab a quick drink or meal with a fellow SFer than in an airport on a layover?

So WAAYCI?

was at O'Hare T3 around noon a couple days ago and saw a guy who looked somewhat SF-approved. Also had a middle aged Filipino guy sitting 100ft away from me stare at me for a good 10 minutes straight. Was that any of you?

haha...busted. I was in LAX yesterday and three cops got on the plane and escorted a sketchy looking couple off the plane. I've never seen that before. I wondered why they let them on the plane in the first place.

Sketchy as in he looked like a biker with one of those classic biker beards, leathers and shades....and she looked like a strung-out biker chick. Not judging, ....just saying.

But you are judging because you said they shouldn't have let them on the plane. Anyway, B2T

I was wondering why the police didn't detain them prior to boarding. Why make a scene going to the back of the aircraft to escort them off. Perhaps there's a legal reason? Getting on a plane confirms an attempt at flight?
