Hello i wanted to order a casual coat that i can wear with jeans and brown shoes, and i think i'm going to get this grey or navy one,but i think grey one more, what would you say?Oh and also can you wear this over a blazer? And to be honest i'm mostly charmed by price.

If price is what has "charmed" you, take a look at sterlingwear.com. A peacoat from them will be a hundred bucks cheaper, of similar quality, and their large array of sizes should give you a better fit.

The pea coat is definitely admirable. But I don't think that it will work well with a pair of jeans. On the other hand, I believe that it would be fine to wear a matching blazer underneath if that's what you want. How about checking out the website given by Mexicorn to take full advantage of the budget that you have on hand, right now?
