Simple question. Is it advisable to avoid wearing dry jeans when there is a possibility of getting very wet? For example, on a rainy, windy day?

This isn't an issue of overprotection. It's just that I found it an unpleasant experience to have worn a pair of New Standards to Splash Mountain. I was wondering if wet dry denims will do more damage to things it rubs against, like your couch or car seat. My underwear got the worst of it I think. [IMG]
