Western bib shirt

I've been watching a lot of westerns lately, and have grown fond of the double breasted bib shirt John Wayne often wears:

Unfortunately, the bib shirts Google has turned up are significantly less cool:

Does anyone have a source for something more like the former, preferably cut from dry denim?

I use to shop here then I realized none of their shirts fit me right. If your chest size doesn't belong exactly in one of those measurements, the shoulder seams are gonna be off. Hit the vintage clothing shops...should be able to find some nice gabardine versions by H Bar C or Rockmount or even Levis. That style is not as popular, so finding some good examples shouldn't be too hard.

I googled this quote and found that it was from this book called All Quiet on the Western Front. Then a minute later I realized I had read and analyzed this book heavily in one of my high school classes... aparently not enough to make me remember that I had read it.
