The distended abdomen is sometimes attributed to the HGH, sometimes to the insulin they shoot, and sometimes to the huge amounts of carbs they throw back.

Some people suggest protein supplements for losing weight, but I'm leery of any added calories which are not equivalent to a satisfying meal.
Add to the shake: raw quick-cook oats if you're eating carbs or peanut butter if you're eating more fat -- makes it a meal enough to last for 2 or 3 hours.
