Hi everyone. I could really use a new weekend bag as my beloved GANT bag starts to fall apart. Does anyone have any tips on some newly released ones? I am really open to suggestions :)

Do you have a budget in mind? I think Filson bags are quality.

I have a Ghurka Cavalier no. 96. I honestly think that it does the little details of a leather weekender perfectly and in Vintage Chestnut color, it is pretty much perfect. They're expensive but you can sometimes pick them up on eBay for less, as they have been making them for 40ish years. Lotuff also makes a nice leather weekended.

The Filson ones referenced above are nice as well, but I find the zippers that Filson uses to be very sharp so that, for something like a duffel, they kind of scrape you every time you reach into your bag. Maybe a small gripe, but one worth mentioning; it caused me to get rid of a filson laptop bag I had.

Paul Stuart also has a decent collection of weekender type bags (some of which are just Brics that they sell) but I can't speak to them personally.

Frank Clegg. Pricy but a great product, made in the US and nice people.

Frank Clegg tote bag or their duffle bag. You cannot go wrong with either style.
