Is it your website? If so, check the logs....
If its someone else's website, you would have to have access to their server logs -- unless they have some ridiculous 'counter' on their site. Most sites, especially if they sell advertising or participate in 'affiliate' programs tend to keep those numbers 'secret'.

The owner of the site would have to register the site with alexa before they would track hits and then alexa isnt really accurate... some people used to 'quote' their stats on alexa when soliciting advertising contracts. However, there are plenty of 'alexa hit generators' out there that you can set to generate up to 50,000+ 'unique' hits per hour to your website... In some lame ass form of 'hacking', some people used them to overpower servers in the early days.
