Everyone does them at one time or another. J. Crew. H&M, Gap, Old Navy, surplus for basic colors. Don't pay too much.

I tried surplus, but they ony had the nylon ones. In addition, mst of the buckles were brass.

i got mine from ims plus (link to belts) very happy with them and the price.

Work World @ the mall has them as far as I know. I don't know if you have that store anywhere nearby though.

I'll second the local army / navy store. I just got a perfect web belt for $3.99. Edit: I saw some decent web belts at the Gap also. I think they were around $12.00.

Military surplus, Journeys, American Eagle, GAP. And usually the buckles are removable aswell
