Argh, articles like this set psychology back 5 years per publication... It's not bad enough they misrepresent the researcher's background (which is in social psychology; the title 'psychologist' in many states is reserved for licensed practitioners), sweeping conclusions are made from largely correlational designs (analyses many undergraduates can perform).

Sorry, getting off my research soapbox now (while wearing my well polished EG Westminster shoes).
