    Mac, these look great. I'm beginning to appreciate Alden shell more. It seems that it holds a shine better than most other shells. Case in point: [​IMG]

    I just love this combination.


    Yes, it was an MTO through The Shoe Healer, who is a delight to work with. Tricker's uses Comipel rather than Horween for shell it seems, and the Comipel seems a bit more supple. My initial impressions are very favorable.

    Wilkes Bashford. Allegedly they are salt water crocodile, per the SA, but I know that Hermes hoards and guards those skins a la De Beers.
