That's pretty cool I think. Because when it's folded inside the breast it looks so nice with so many colors. I have never owned a Hermes pocketsquare how is the quality compare to let's say TF?

Could be made in diffrent ways of the quality. I have many silk pocketsquares that are not the same silk and made of cheaper silk So yes it's a big diffrence.

I mean it's a piece of material that you are buying to coordinate with an existing outfit that you will wear in limited circumstance. It's made to be stuffed in a pocket. If you like the pattern that's all that matters. Trying to contemplate the utility of quality is kind of absurd given the limited use and purpose of the object. I'd argue hand rolled edges are a nice touch, but even that is picky.

Sometimes we need to take a step back.

The Rubi square is awesome because of the design and artistry involved. Not debating that. There are some stunning pocket squares out there and many that I absolutely love that carry a hefty price. But you're paying for the design and the colors. Material grade or construction shouldn't be what makes it more expensive or "worth it" when it comes to something so inherently frivolous.

Well you are right, but i'm a very picky person and I think about quality and how everything is made before I buy it. And if I can get something that has better quality for the same price I rather fold that :)

Don't know if this qualifies as "peacock", but it's not very CBD either.

Cheers! I love it as well, but it wrinkles like crazy.
The dog is an English Staffordshire Bullterrier, she's awesome.
