I've had a look at the poll function, just to acquaint myself with how it works, and it says the poll can either run indefinitely, or expire at midnight GMT on a certain date. If I set it to Sunday, midnight for me would be 4pm for Sugarbutch, who is in San Francisco, not giving him as much time to vote, and just a little bit more for people east of him. I'll set it to expire at midnight GMT on Monday, so folks in the USA actually have until late Monday afternoon to vote. Alternatively, if anyone can suggest a way in which I can alter the poll expiry time, instead of just the date, then please do.
