Very nice. Try that with a blue end on end spread collar or pink OCBD shirt for something different.

I love corduroy suits and have had one in regular rotation since college in different colors. My current one is green.

Thanks Gus. I've been sticking to OCBDs when wearing this, but will try out a blue end on end next time I try it on.

@eddiemczee, you have a strong Royal Tenebaums vibe going there

"I always wanted to be a Tenenbaum, ya know?" If the Wes Anderson Friday Challenge ever comes back, ya boy is ready.

Ugh. Just seeing that I fat-thumbed and missed the second "n" in Tenenbaum. You'll forgive me, I hope.

No, honored status removed.

@Cotton Dockers

I really like the fit, but i am not sure what the Paraboot add? Maybe i am missing something, but there are plenty of casual options that doesnt make you look like you are wearing old lady sneakers. For instance i think a pair of suede penny loafers would give casual vibes as well.

Add me to the list of those that don’t get the Paraboot asthetic. Reminds me of some crap from stride rite my mother made me wear to church in the 4th grade.

Heading out to meet folks for Pats game. I love #menswear confidence and the ability to wear a cardigan to a sports bar. :bigstar:

Me three!

The adulation for these abominations on SF leaves me completely baffled. File alongside Wallabees and Nature Treks from Clark’s.

Counterpoint: I like them.

May or may not be inclined to ever wear them myself but I think they work well in CD's fits and others. They provide that chunkiness that moves a CM fit closer to the other side of things.

If you decide to buy a pair, think about it twice.
I've got a pair (in chocolate nubuck, very nice) i bought ages ago, and they are pretty indestructible. I finally deported them to the countryside, and i wear them from time to time when i'm there. But TBH i just can't stand them anymore. i will bury them by night in the garden a day or another.
