Reminder - The Friday Challenge - first for 2022:

Friday Challenge, the first for 2022 - Suited and Booted
The expression "suited and booted", (to me at least) always meant "geared up and ready for action", and, as, at least in the Northern Hemisphere, it is prime boot season, I thought it would be interesting to see what you gentlemen came concoct, combining suits and boots. All modes are welcome...

I don’t own any boots that would be even remotely appropriate to wear with a suit, so count me out!

Thanks. It's Lord and Taylor. Ebay find.

I've tried to grasp the warm/cool color wheel concept and I have yet to master it. I guess until it becomes intuitive to me I'll continue to violate those rules. When I've seen charcoal slacks paired with a camel jacket (or coat) in the past I thought it looked good. Appreciate the feedback.

I think this fit works great. It may not lend itself easily to traditional coordination rules, but to my eye this looks great. Some things just work, despite our applied logic.
