1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Shoes too matchy-matchy with jacket, need more contrast somewhere.

I don't think this fit is particularly awesome, I mean, obvi its awesome, but not especially so. I'm posting it because its essentially what i wear most days in this brutal summer heat, and for some reason I wanted to share a more accurate representation of how I am generally dressed, as perhaps there is some value in that.

Also, my daughter thinks it's funny to take pictures of me when I'm not paying attention.

You look skinny in that pic, Stitch. Looking very similar to what I wear about 2-3 times per week.

You guys wear wool trousers with ocbd no jacket? I wear the same often, but almost exclusively with chinos. I may have to try this out sometime . . .

    Looking good, Stitches [IMG]

its a fantastic optical illusion of a pic!

    yay twinz! :slayer:

    thanks, l2b.

try it out now! i wear dress shirts, usually BDs (this one is not OC, its an awesome gauze like cotton, i have 2 from borrelli like this, i really all summer cotton shirts were this cotton), with wool trou, all the time.

for chinos i really prefer a specific, more casual, shirt. when i wear a shirt like this, that really is more dressy, i far prefer to wear wool trousers. it much more coherent for me. murl did a nice job with the inglese and the cotton rotas, but i usually keep dressier with dressier and more casual with more casual.

Aside from liking the individual items that I am wearing, it is generally the very first thing that I look towards when putting together a fit combination.

This. That fit I did this week was a rare occurrence. I rarely wear cotton trousers to the office. I'm either in a suit or something like Stitch is wearing....depends on the agenda for the day.

Cleaning is easier when you open a button, or even two. :)

Camo suit jacket? [IMG] looks like a botched GQ shoot to me. I give credit to helping a friend out!
