Wear your fucking socks if you're wearing a sweater and wingtips. I don't like to see your hairy parts. Oh and don't let up the sleeves of your shirt+sweater, this looks preppyaffected.

Shoes are not too chunky, this is a casual fit with heavily patterned shirt (so very casual) and rough looking chinos.

Furpect colouring, dunno if it is a little too highly contrasted/photoshopped but that's browns/greys done well due to cobalt blue sweater.:slayer:

Maybe but this is exactly where MC often fails (integrating the casul to their wardrobe); Crat wanted to SteveMcQueen himself into the rugged masculinity timeless club but the rest of the look is too dressy and clean, he should look at how Gnatty does his thing with heavier footwear, more casual pants, and really rough and patterned shirts.

More casual than my 0701's? What would you suggest?

i think i see what fuuma means. the sweater, shirt and shoes, and even the pants, have a very smooth, somewhat shiny, dressy, city look. while the jacket yells manly rugged rip a bear apart with my hands while having a cigarette.

    its an awesome jacket..

I agree on the comment regarding the sweater. A rugged shirt would be perfect but its too cold for that now.
Disgree on the shoes though. Since when is a round derby considered dressy? Then again, my standards regarding shoes are pretty messed up.
The jeans just need more breaking in I guess.

re : the shoes. i dont think they are bad, i just think fuuma meant the he felt the jacket would do better with heftier footwear, something like the new RRL boots that gnatty got and posted recently.

Anyone outside of Styleforum would think these are dress shoes....in fact they are probably dressier than the square-toed Kenneth Coles that most guys consider their "dress" shoes. I agree, I think a rugged looking boot would look better with this outfit.

The jacket really is awesome tho, I would love to find something like this that fit me well.

    1) This isn't apparel arts; derbies are dressy (or maybe I'm missing the "round" shape due to angle. I'd think something like Vass budapesters or country boots would be perfect. I'd also be ok with something cityfied if it is a boot (say some chelseas).
    2) Jeans are fine, break them in more and they'll be extra fine if you like worn in jeans.
    3) Rougher sweater and maybe no dress shirt. Actually no need to change everything, keep the shirt , jacket and jeans but switch sweater and shoes and it's all good.

I personally would love to see more fits in the "rip a bear apart" classification.
