1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

New (to me) jacket courtesy of Citan, so I figured that merited a first post in this thread.

I'd go with a blue shirt though.

Aren't those shoes a bit blobby for ya too? Lol

    thanks, j.

i went for white in honor of the lovely spring weather. wanted something bright and crisp. also, i dont buy into the white shirt mania. white is not only for weddings and cinderella balls imo. i believe they have a much broader use. blue shirt is not the be all end all of shirts for me.

lol, no they are fine, for a casual shoe that is. ;)

Welcome to Texas! Try to take advantage of San Antonio's location. There are so many things to do within a couple of hours' drive. The Hil Country area between and to the west of Austin and San Antonio is absolutely beautiful. Lots of cool little towns (Bandera, Kerrville, Helotes, Gruene, Fredericksburg, Llano). The Mexican (Tex-Mex, mainly) and BBQ in that area is outstanding (IMO, the best there is). You've got to see a show at Gruene Hall (Flores Country Store in Helotes is fun, too); Austin, once you've left I-35, is a great place to spend a weekend, too. Not the greatest beaches (Corpus Christi and Port Aransas), but beaches.

Agreed. Enjoy the weather while a lightweight jacket is still a viable option; it won't be for much longer. You may need to completely revamp your pant collection. Only the lightest wools are comfortable from late April to early October. Even cotton twill pants can seem heavy; most of my summer chinos are more of the lightweight poplin variety. Linen and cotton/linen blends are obvious good options as well.

Get back to us in a few months and we'll get you moving toward some boots and a cowboy hat. ;)

Stitch, wtf are you doing with your laces?
Agree with jrd that the rest looks good but a blue shirt would make it look better : )
