I, actually, think that works with trainers. It's the too-much-break I dislike.

Interestinglythis looks like it was taken directly from TheStyleBlogger's last post. Normally that would be a bad thing, but I actually really like the look. I think the amount of break and the white trainers actually work in context; young guy in a super casual suit. Also props for having your NATO match your beer, most amateurs would have matched the belt.
I think I'm coming to the position that dress shirts, even casual ones, shouldn't be worn without a jacket/cardi/sweater of some sort.
Overall, I like it but would've chosen different color shirt.
By the way nice shoes, deets please.
sorry dude, this outfit is all over the place.
the pants look very casual (and the cuff is very sloppy), but you're wearing very formal shined dress shoes? and the shirt is just kind of ug.
I have to agree with teger - and I would have expected something a quantum leap above this from someone with over 27,000 posts on the forum. I had to check I had that right: 27,275, in fact!
Stitches
1. Why are you still rolling your shirt cuffs only a quarter way up like that? It's terribly unflattering.
2. If you're going to wear a shirt casually, it needs to have casual details. Button-down collar, beefy oxford or flannel fabric, often a chest pocket or two etc etc. I'm sure you know this already, why aren't you implementing?
3. Ultra sleek loafers do not work with casual pants. I think we've said that before...they also don't work for your body type TBH.
4. Those pants actually fit better than most others I've seen on you. They might work with those tan bucks you have, and perhaps a navy gingham check casual shirt.
I read somewhere that striped dress shirts should never be worn without a jacket.
But I've seen it working before...
let's analyse this in comparison to stitches fit:
- belt is same colour as shoes, or at least lighter in colour.
- his cuffs as well as his shirt collar is not sloppy.
- he is ryan gosling.
- next to the person left of gosling, everybody looks dapper.
I don't like the way your collar points are laying down on your shoulders, Stitchy. Have you tried magnetic collar stays yet?
I'd +1, but I'm wearing a jacket (though not a blazer) with a t-shirt right now. I've always hated the look but I'm traveling today and decided to dress for comfort; besides it's an unstructured casual jacket that has a vibe similar to IST's. I now think I like the look.
post count and being well dressed rarely have anything to with each other.
