Woven belt would have absolutely killed it with this fit. I dig the color of the pantaloons.
Looking back I would say that the hat is more suitable for summer fits and the fit that I posted was more towards autumn/spring.
Do you agree?
I agree! I should buy one, really. And, thank you.
Well I didn't like that hat at all to be worn with anything. I liked the outfit without anything on your head
Another Svensson fit
Sorry about the wild pocket square.
A Svensson fit?? So the look revolves around the sneakers?? Ok. Looks nice. Pocket square is crazy, but I like the rebelliousnes it adds to the fit.
Some things to fix: sleeve length (just a smidge, or maybe a bit more) and the pants could fit better, though they don´t look bad.
I don't like the belt much, but I especially like the pants. Where are they from?
What colour is the shirt? It looks off-white, but I can't be sure.
The cause is the fabric or the style?
I think I get what you're going for, but you're not going to succeed when you're wearing khaki coloured chinos.
And as much as people try to untuck shirts to casual up a blazer fit, it usually just looks disjointed.
So I'd suggest:
Swap khakis for something else - jeans being obvious choice.
Tuck in shirt. or wear tshirt.
I think the pants are fine, Hagg. The fact that your shirt is untucked is depressing however, and the pocket square isn't awesome either.
Your sneaks are pretty cool, though.
I agree with Hendrix. The untucked shirt, even with the correct length, should not be donned with sport coats. It does not match the formality of a sport coat.
The sleeves of the sc needs to be shortened, also a tv fold for the square would be a better choice.
I can not comment on anything else because I would take the look to a path that you are clearly not willing/prepared to take.
he's still learning to dress well...
The trousers are light blue Tommy Hilfiger; the shirt is white Charles Trywhitt. I agree, the belt is a poor choice; I was originally wearing loafers, but bought those shoes in town--that photo was taken after town--so didn't have time, to swap belt.
fritzl, that was a little uneccaserally rude. (We're all still learning/no one ever stops learning, duh.)
Fair enough. Do Thyrwitt shirts run true to size?
