I like them more in the close up. Also the corduroy trousers. Was just abusing your fit to divert from all the griping [IMG]

Never posted anything in a WAYW thread but thought I'd give it a shot today to perhaps get some input.

That´s a cool look Hendrix. You should ditch the camo pants and shoes and stick to something more along these lines.

So, to answer the PMs, here are the sneakers that I wear:

    1. I have two pairs of MMM GATS, one in gray, the other in blue, suede.

    2. I have one pair of Common Projects in gray suede.

    3. I have one pair of ProKeds low tops by Mark McNairy in off-white suede.

    4. I have one pair of Superga in mid gray canvas.

    5. I have one pair of Prada Chucks, all black, from c.2002.

did you post a look with sneakers, F. Corb? that's a nice list.

Has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like Pete Campbell (Vincent Carthusier) from Mad Men? If I wasn't so crap at this sort of thing I'd do a side by side.

No, I haven't posted a photo. But I wore the blue GATs with a Sunspel knit shirt and old Helmut Lang shorts today before changing into a linen jacket, chinos, and a knit tie for dinner tonight.

    Maine in the summer...

The old Prada sneakers are amazing. All aniline leather. You'll never see something like that again.

I wear a brown leather sneaker from Sutor Mantellassi, over a decade old, and a navy suede Prada sneaker. Love them both. For casual shoes I like the Prada Sport line with rubber soles and rounded edges. Have a brown suede penny loafer and a moss green chukka. They are great when doing a lot of walking like on New York trips.

Too much breaking in the trousers for me. I also don't like the belt being a different color than the shoes.

BB has ties much, much narrower than what you're wearing.

Personally, I think this belongs in SW&D. I would have worn brown leather--less motorcyclist (doesn't work well out of context, IMO)--and better shoes. The jeans are too long (if one is, to get all MC). You, also, need a haircut--pretty badly. Hobo mits are a disturbing item of clothing.

(And for anyone who thinks I am being too harsh, this guy is a constant asshole to me (and others); I think me critiquing his fit is as kind-natured, as I can be.)
