I was wondering how those military pants would look. Now I know.

NYR, those digicamo pants look better on you than in the photos on Epaulet's site. I think your boot selection works with them much better than the suede monk straps shown on the site as well. They look so good that the photo is making me consider digging out one of my old pair from when I was in the Marine Corps and taking them to the tailor...

Thanks MP. For your service, and the compliment. I come from a military family so the second I threw these on I thought of the sacrifices my parents and grandparents made...and was a bit unsure of wearing them because of it. When I was 18 I signed up only to be turned away after a medical because of the plates in my arm and my color blindness that I tried desperately to hide, so it kind of made me feel bad...but I got over it, and I do love these.

I just got back my rivets from the alterations lady up the street...all of them have been hemmed except my caramel (which I will keep with the double roll cause of the color and thickness of material), the camos, and blue oxfords (which were just washed and will be dropped off later).

Having most of my stuff done bespoke I suppose has made me lazy when it comes to alterations, and I just realized that I need to bite the bullet and get it done. Now I'm wearing mostly rtw again as dressing for work has been difficult this past year.

Nice Jacket IST, where's it from? I've been looking for the same style.

NYRanger, you mentioned several times that you no longer go bespoke. If it's not too personal, may I ask why you stopped?
