They are un touched APC NS. I have done nothing to them.
TWO mentions (and I'm stunned anyone even recalled it, j.t.)! Thanks. My work here is done.
Jacket's a standard navy, hard to tell w/ the shit camera quality:
too 'dad' for my taste, change of shirts would be significantly better
I would totally wear this but it is boring.
Shirt's actually BB Black Fleece - intent with that whole line is a younger look, but ymmv
Agreed. Referencing the label in defense of that critique is silly.
This is pretty much what I plan to wear to a company management conference that I will be attending in a couple of days except that I'll be going with a navy Bengal stripe shirt. Dress code is business casual, no tie required. In fact our cursed new dress code of black polo w/khaki pants was specifically called out as 'acceptable' for the meeting.
I will be bringing a tie in my briefcase but I don't want to anger the boss so I'll scope it out first. I don't have high hopes, however.
It's not a defense. It's a statement of fact. I don't mind looking like a dad. I'm married, soon to start a family. No skin off my nose.
Yep, I hear you when you reference the "fit" part of the critiques... as you said... 90% of the fit critiques are way off the ball due to the reasons you mention... I'm probably going to lean more toward your method for future... I generally know if stuff fits me now.
As for my photos above, the shirt is actually a navy and white, with some grey in it. Another problem when dealing with cameras
Tried to capture more color using MS Picture Manager, but not able to get the best with this camera and artificial lighting:
In person, the shirt does jump out quite a bit due to its strong, bold colors.
Regardless of the "dadness" of the fit. This SC is miles ahead of the one you posted yesterday
Spoiler: Super Serious Secret
Also, I'm kinda OK with this fit.
IT's been raining for 30 hours at this point, so that's keeping the color pallete a little subdued.
If ti makes people feel better, these jeans were the same color as the ones I posted yesterday. About 4 years ago.
I know it may be color saturation/image processing, but I've always liked that color of leather shoes with jeans.
People in MC wear their jeans too high. I know it's been noted (and -debated ages ago) but it's worth repeating from time to time.
