Thinking about the balmacaan...how warm does it wear? This is the one from this season (26oz fabric weight)?
First, the caveat: I run cold. When it hits 45F/7C, I will wear multiple (3+) layers. The balmacaan is amazing. It's very cozy and warm. However, it's also easy to cool off by opening the buttons.

It's going to get its big test tomorrow as I'm flying to New York (from California).
