Another vote for tucked. The ring belt is a nice accessory, show it off... and the shirt tails slightly flair out at your hips when untucked, tucked looks cleaner.

I think tucked looks a bit 50-year-old dad-ish. When I see guys tucking with shorts, it comes off super old fashioned.

The untucked look seems more natural. The belt is really nice and now obscured, but it comes off less pristine in a sort of suave way.

Love the pattern on that shirt.

I don’t think you’re wrong in general but I think that shirt in particular is too fitted to work well untucked (due to the aforementioned flare out issue).
