You didn’t need flannels.
I find I can wear flannels (and prefer them to lighter fabrics) up to about 70
I wish I could do that! But I would straight up suffocate.

It was 45* when I ran this morning but warmed up considerably. I didn't need these flannels.

I know the struggle. I feel I should attach a temperature to all my outfits with comfort notes. Every year, I have to relearn what sport coat/jacket/pant combos are best for what temperatures. Also, I find wearing a face mask makes me run warmer than I normally would.

I’m not an epidemiologist statistician, but I’m fairly sure that the likelihood of catching coronavirus (or spreading it to someone else) while out for a run is about the same* whether you wear a face mask or not.

* This assumes that neither party is sneezing in each other’s face!

I do not run with a face mask. And, I didn't understand AAS to say he did.

Well in fairness it certainly COULD have been legitimately taken that way!
I meant run warm as I feel warm. I do not run unless I'm being chased. My midsection could probably use the exercise however.
