Did you pee your pants or is it the light? That colour is now forbidden, burn them! (forget this if the pants are white) You also picked one of your ugly pairs of shoes again, go back and switch for nice ones. The jacket looks good, I especially like how the fabric (cotton? linen?) creases at the sleeves and two undone buttons is how you wear a dress shirt when you're not wearing a sweater so +1 on that. Oh and is it me or do you have a 90s boys band throwback haircut (the Tintin), if so stop putting that little crest up NOW!!!

Switch for corduroy pants and you're fine.

This outfit is like a chastity belt for men, the sweater is especially heinous. I would pair those shoes (great colour!) with raw jeans and wear an appropriate (i.e. non vomit inducing) sweater like those Mr. K often wears. The shirt can stay...

    I would also add:

Has anyone actually seen an argyle sweater done well in the wild? I'm all for semi-ironic golf course wear, but seriously, never seen it done.

(except on a couple of female models, but they could have worn anything and I would have considered it acceptable)

This would look better with a white shirt.

And I think we have the new thread rating scale.

On the Chastity Belt for Men scale:
    EMartNJ: 10
    SteedyGent : 7
    Holdfast: 5
Cobera: 2-3, depending on how she feels about bit loafers

I think Vox and I are both Tintin fans; I learned to read with Tintin albums and some trippy psychedelic french comic books for the young children of post-hippy bobos. I still avoid the haircut, it makes me think of North American suburban white boys of the 90s who drank Jägermeister and wore Tommy Hilfiger but weren't as douchey as guidos. They're probably HR managers by now.

Assistant to the HR manager, but close enough. My day will come.

You still wear bootcut true religion but not the gaudiest ones, right? Yeah...

Much better casual style than when I last saw one of your pics, jeans are nicely faded, beard makes you look like you're not some 17 y/o gawky kid and shirt is sufficiently casual. Now your jeans do not need to hover over your shoes, you either do the roll or you let them break a little. If you're into the Iammatt school of non-breaking pants you have to be super precise (get a good tailor, always wear them at the right height and maybe get them done bespoke) + only do it with PANTS not jeans, jeans need a break. Watch out or you'll end up on the chastity belt scale...

Srsly? That's like, one foot out the door and the other on the banana peel. H.R. always seems like the fast track to phone calls to all of those headhunters that you've surreptitiously been saving.

Only Asset Protection (formerly Loss Prevention) is more hazardous to continuous employment.

Only when I'm sure I won't be doing Miller Lite keg stands.
