    Frankly, if those pants - especially the first pair with the grey blazer - are hemmed and tapered, the tailor fucked up. Pretty much any alterations place can do hemming, but tapering is a little trickier. Bad tailors will leave you with knee bags. I typically specify to the tailor that I want a 7-inch leg opening and a 31-inch inseam, which I've found to be my sweet spot. If you can provide numerical measurements that's helpful but sometimes unfeasible to someone who is starting out. I would encourage you to perhaps seek out the services of a different tailor.
