1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    Damn @Gerry Nelson even the chino's have some texture, love the tucked in knit, one of my favourites from you.

    Wow! Thank you. The knit was only tucked in a little (at the front) :)

    Walked up to the barber shop and got a haircut and then walked to the semi-annual local art show in the park. Stopped at the local historical society booth and stood in front of an enlargement of an aerial photograph of the city in 1924. The historical society booth is where the pink "You Are Here" dot over my shoulder on the map is.

    Showing off the hole in the lining of my Brooks Brothers cord jacket, the frayed bottoms of my Orvis twill trousers, and the Brooks Brothers sweater vest that I dripped something from a pizza on yesterday. Also wearing a Brooksflannel BD shirt, Burberry Nova Plaid pocket square, Ron Herman at Fred Segal smiling face pin that makes up for the fact that I never smile, and Allen-Edmonds shoes.

    (There are rolled buttonholes showing, but yesterday, when I tried to warn the member who was traumatized by the sight of rolled buttonholes that there were rolled button holes in the pictures that I posted, I just ended up traumatizing other members, so I won't say anything about rolled buttonholes today.)

    @pravda Nice look.

    @SGTROCK Really nice. I'm not bothered by the trousers.

    Like those shoes for that mise en scène

    @Roycru I'm joyful at the sight of those rolled button holes, if by that we are talking about the way the jacket lapel is folding over all the way down on the right. Looks lived in to me.

    I wasn’t going to post this but just had an American woman say “you look a little American today…” and wondered where my pistol was. That really cracked me up.[IMG] Not sure though[IMG]
