Any value on good fakes?

David

yes bring a watch kit and open up the back. nowadays the fakes are pretty detailed and to the normal eye it is hard to catch. It is really the inside of the watch that shows a difference in quality.

From the looks of the movement, I'm pretty sure that Omega is ridiculously fake. Might watch to check on Rolexforums, as some of those guys are savants when spotting fakes.

My guess is fake on the IWC as well. I've never seen one with hands that short. The date window looks off as well.

Both cheap fakes, IMO.

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
