There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Since you like simpler sports watches, I think it's a pretty nice example, I think Seiko makes some very interesting watches in the Prospex and Credor lines, but I don't think you can get them in Europe or the US.

For the price of a Lanvin tie,

I have an automatic sport watch from a fair quality brand.

I sounds completely useless to spend 40 time more on a Rolex with a similar design.

Seiko has some other watches with interesting features, however, probably not in a style that you like.

I wear a pocket watch for dress occasions. However, I am fond of Breguet for watches. [IMG]

depends on the occasion and the suit.

A crepey suit with a polo shirt for a promenade in the city can support a nice sports watch.

Even if a) I could afford a Pam and b) liked Pams enough to buy one, I feel I would never do that. Just too crude and bulky IMHO.

Of course. Why not? That is the way I was introduced to Panerai a few years ago: seeing businessmen in Italy wearing PAMs with suits. Not more shocking than the universally ubiquitious seadweller or submariner with a suit... Just a little more distinctive...

No, sport watches don't fit under my dress shirt cuffs very well. When I wear a suit, I would rather wear a Calatrava or Reverso, a much more elegant choice. I'll wear a sport watch with a sport jacket(hey, that makes sense) but only if dressed casually with a knit or polo shirt.

I'd like a chunky, but elegant chronograph. I'm talking smooth deep case, brown croc strap, nothing glow-in-the-dark.

At the moment, I'm liking the Longines Master Series, I'm liking some of the Blancpain, and I'm liking one or two Ulysse Nardin.

Of course, I can especially afford only one of the above...

Chunky really only looks nice in pocket watches.
