In this thread we discuss the merits of heavy fleece, the benefits of long cardigans, and engage in friendly discourse over relaxation versus presentation.

But lets not rely on runway photos for inspiration, post your cozy fits and share your favorite pieces that bring you warmth and happiness in the cold months ahead.

The story here is that around the office i tent to wear a puffy down jacket/sweater from patagonia. It's so comfortable and not very stylish. I constantly get comments that it looks like I'm on my way to the north pole. (even thought they're not even that warm).

Does anyone know a real cozy comfortable sweater that don't look like ..... :( ?

Our Legacy's AW15 alpaca round neck quickly became one of my favorite sweaters. Probably the softest and the warmest thing I own. Really want to get this season's turtleneck, but can't justify it because it's basically the same sweater.

(1) Rulezpeeps smile wool sweater (underwhelming in photos, amazingly cozy wool in real life) + (2) Nonnative logger knit gown.

Will post a fit pic together once winter actually starts in the Bay

Budget coziness:

1) Uniqlo faux-shearling easy pants

2) Uniqlo pile-lined sweatpants

3) LL Bean fleece-lined henley:

I own all of these, and they are hard to beat for the money. Cozy all winter long in Chicago.

My rabbit fur-lined parka keeps me cozy. So do the Schneider coats with the liners.
