Just regular leather gloves with cashmere lining is plenty in anything down to -10°c or so. I’ve worn mine even down to -25°c or so but prefer something fur lined for those really miserable days.

I have fur lined gloves from Dents that work well and are not bulky. Much warmer than cashmere. Cashmere are fine for going from car to building - but prefer something warmer if outside for longer periods of time and not highly active.

I also wear leather gloves with cashmere lining, and they are fine for cold Scandinavian weather - but only up to half an hour or so, if you intend to stay outdoor for longer then you need something fur lined.
