I do quite a bit but this summer has been hard, the rain just comes from nowhere and hoses you. Basically you'd have to carry one 24/7, which maybe I should, but it's a pain.

Days where the weather forecast says there is a 40% chance of rain I bring my cane umbrella to work, all others I carry a small retractable one in my bag just in case.

If there is a 30% chance or more I wear shoes that have fallen out of favor that I save for rainy days. I have it down to a science!

If the weather is obviously foul I wear rubber soled beaters. I can forgo a day in leather soles to avoid risk. Although, light rain doesn't bother me.

I wish we had rain to complain about. Dry as the desert in these parts.

You should be happy your shoes aren't ruined and the frame on your car isn't rusting!

Have one, but can't use it. Mandatory ban on watering. $2500 fine for violators.

similar here, but even 1% chance will get me to rethink my shoes and pants for the day.
